Use your service responsibly
Use ILoveServer services only for activity you are authorized to perform. Follow applicable law, the terms of your order and the rights of other people and organizations.
Activities that are not permitted
- Unauthorized system access, credential theft, phishing, malware distribution or denial-of-service attacks.
- Unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive communications or abuse of third-party services.
- Hosting or distributing material you do not have the right to use, or content prohibited by applicable law.
- Fraudulent activity, deliberate network interference or evasion of legitimate access controls.
Resource use and special workloads
Stay within the resource and network limits confirmed for your service. Discuss unusual or sustained high-load applications before ordering. A plan listing does not authorize unbounded traffic, abusive scanning, cryptocurrency mining or other workloads that have not been agreed for the service.
Responding to a security issue
Keep your software current and protect access to your environment. Report suspected compromise promptly through the client portal. Preserve relevant logs while avoiding disclosure of passwords, private keys or other customers’ information.
Reporting an issue
Use the contact portal to report suspected misuse involving a service. Include the affected address, timestamps, a factual description and relevant evidence. Send sensitive evidence only through an appropriate secure channel.
