Plan finder and guide search
The plan finder and guide search run in your browser. This public website does not send those selections to a server, save them to an account or submit a sales form.
Website assets and live chat
Website artwork, styles and local application scripts are served from this website. The existing human-support widget uses Tawk.to and loads on each page. The AI assistant is provided by secure.iloveserver.com: selecting either AI button loads the company-assistant script once in a local frame. Both buttons open the same instance, and closing the panel keeps that instance until you leave the page. Chat providers process messages you choose to send; their services may also use browser storage or cookies. Do not share server passwords, payment-card details or identity documents in either chat. Use the secure client portal for account-specific support.
Hosting and technical logs
Your browser sends technical requests to the website host. Hosting infrastructure may record connection and request information as part of ordinary operation and security. Ask the site operator about the actual logging, retention and hosting arrangements.
