Website prices are listed in USD per month. Applicable taxes, licenses, optional services and final charges are confirmed at checkout or in your quote. Configuration and availability may vary. Do not assume a server is reserved until your order is accepted.
Dedicated-server orders require confirmation of hardware and stock. Provisioning time depends on verification, operating system, configuration and availability.
Your operating responsibilities
Unless explicitly included in your order, application installation, updates, firewall configuration, data protection and backups remain your responsibility. Maintain access credentials securely and keep your contact information current.
Software and licensing
Use software you are authorized to install and operate. Confirm Windows, Remote Desktop Services and third-party application licensing before purchase. A service description does not grant licenses or unlimited concurrent user access.
Renewal, changes and cancellation
Review the renewal, cancellation and refund conditions shown for your order before completing a purchase. A general money-back promise is not made on this page. Ask the billing team to clarify any deadline, eligibility condition or fee you do not understand.
Service commitments and recovery
